Walter Bernard Dr., passed away very peacefully on Sunday, September 21, 2003 in the early morning with his whole family at his side. Walter will be deeply missed by his loving wife Alvina (Vicki) of 53 years and his children James (Joanne), Kelly (Ronald), Andrew (Zara); and his surviving brothers and sisters; Peggy, Ted, Agnes, Ed, Agatha, Helen, Anna; many relatives, close friends, former students and colleagues.
A Home-going Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 26, 2003, 2:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 14660 - 72nd Ave., Surrey, B.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Cancer Society or Canadian Diabites Association would be greatly appreciated.
