Wally (Who?)
March 25, 1930 — July 15, 2005
It is with heavy hearts we bid farewell to Wally Chervenka, who passed away at Mission Memorial Hospital on Friday, July 15, 2005.He is survived by his loving wife Nellie; two sons Tim (Cathy) and Tony (Leona); four daughters Tina (Gerry), Tami (Robert), Tana (Rick) and Twila; and many precious grandchildren.Wally will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends, as well as the dog next door, Boo. We take comfort in knowing he will be with many friends and loved ones on the other side and fully expect he will once again be sitting at the liar’s table with them all, spinning many a tall tale.
A Celebration of Wally’s Life will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2005 at 1:00 pm at the Mission Elk’s Hall, 33336 — 2nd Avenue, Mission, BC. Special thanks to Tim, Tami and Cathy for being there every moment for Dad, and for still being there for everyone else in this time of need.If desired, donations in Wally’s memory may be made to the Elk’s and Royal Purple Childrens Fund, Mission Lodge, in support of the Elk’s children’s camps.
