FADDEN, Vivian Wilhelmina. February 8, 1925 – December 23, 2013. On the morning of December 23, 2013, Vivian peacefully passed away. She will be remembered fondly and missed by her daughter, Gayle, son-in-law, Bill Horie, grandchildren, Shelley and Heath Patterson, and great-granddaughters, Anika, Cadence, Jane and Molly and her many friends. Born in Frontier, Saskatchewan on February 8, 1925, she was the youngest of 17 children. She married Patrick on August 23, 1945 and was a homemaker and served alongside Patrick as a military and pastor’s wife, and lived the life of many moves and constant change. She enjoyed knitting, oil painting and one of her favourite past-times was the word search. With her adaptability, organization skills intelligence, words of wisdom and willingness to do what needed to be done, she was a beautiful, extraordinary woman and she impacted the lives of everyone she came into contact with. A memorial service will be held at Huckleberry House Church, 2455 West Railway Street, Abbotsford on January 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Inspire Health.
