We are sad to announce the passing of Violet Holbrow (nee Allen) at the age of 95 years and 5 days.
Vi was born in Arrow Park in the Kootenays and moved to Vancouver as a young woman. She eventually came to Clayburn village after the War where she met and married Cyril Holbrow in 1954. They moved to their Seldon Road farm in 1966 after building the house and outbuildings themselves.
Vi loved to garden, raise animals, bake and crochet. In later years she learned to tat and always took long walks around her neighbourhood.
There will be a celebration of life on August 11th, 2024 at 33545 Clayburn road Abbotsford at 11:00 to 2:00
