Violet was also predeceased by siblings: Phillip Swanson, Ely Swanson, Rev. Ruben Swanson, Lillian Swanson and Esther RaeArthur, and two nephews: Leslie RaeArthur and Donald Swanson. One sister, Baby Mary, died in infancy. She is survived by one brother, Rev. Earl Swanson and his wife Edna, and one sister-in-law Alice Swanson, 11 nephews: David (Vreny), Robert (Sydney), Harold (Shirley), Glen, Lyle (Joanne), Norman (Carol), Bruce (Connie), Virgil, Rodney (Sandy) and Gordon (Kim) Swanson, David (Margaret) RaeArthur, 6 nieces: Marylin (Ken) Fletcher, Myriam (Calvin) Turbyfield, Sharon Swanson, Elaine (Gary) McLeod, Shirley (Bruce) Florence, Valdene (Wayne) Wager and numerous great nephews and nieces.
