With sadness, the family of Viola (Violet) Freda Horn, announce that she passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on August 16, 2020.
Vi was born on April 27, 1938 in Kelowna, BC.
She is survived by her best friend and husband Norman, to whom she had been married for 60 years, and will also be lovingly remembered by her children Wendy (Rob), Kelly (Len) and Jacqueline; grandchildren Jordon (Desiree), Keegan (Barbara), Braydon (Nicole), Gavin, Bethany, and step-grandchildren Jennifer and Katie; and seven great grandchildren.
Vi's legacy is the immense love she had for her family. She especially loved her role as Nana and Great-Nana. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and good friends.
A small service for immediate family will be held on September 20, 2020 at 2 pm at River Valley Church in Mission, and will also be available online via the church Facebook page, for others that may wish to attend.
