Kroeker, Vincent
Vincent Kroeker passed away July 4th, 2010 at age 38 years. He was born Oct. 25, 1971 in Chilliwack, BC. Vinny is survived by his partner Jessica Vannorren; his parents Hank and Mary Kroeker; two sisters Paula (Jeff) Brown, Leah (Phil) Efford; five nieces and nephews, Sebastian, Abigail, Elijah, Eleanor and William.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 1:30pm at Chilliwack United Church, 45835 Yale Rd., Chilliwack. A cremation will take place. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
Vinny grew up in Rosedale on a dairy farm. As a child he enjoyed riding his dirt bike at the river. He loved his swimming pool and downhill skiing. He graduated high school from Chilliwack Senior Secondary in 1989. He attended BCIT and became a Tool and Dye journeyman. It took Vinny many years to be triumph and conquer his demons. One battle he was unable to conquer was his life long battle with diabetes. His nephews and nieces have been blessed by their uncle Vinny's love.
