Victoria passed away peacefully on November 23, 2016 at MSA Manor in Abbotsford. She is survived by her daughters, Laura and Linda, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Laura and Linda express their sincere gratitude to the staff at MSA Manor for their loving care of Victoria over the past two and a half years.
