Victor Leonard late of MSA Manor, Abbotsford, passed away on March 24, 2007 at age 75 years. He was predeceased by Juanita Braun. He is survived by daughter Karen (John) Dyck; and sons Stewart, Terry, Wayne, Kevin (Jackie) Braun; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandÂchildren; sisters, Katie (Bert) Reeve, Etta (Bill) Hellyer, Virginia (Dave) Fairbrother; and brother, Lorne (Joyce) Braun. Vic was one of the original organizers of the Abbotsford Air Show and he loved flying his Cessna with his friends. He was greatly involved all his life in heavy construction with numerous businesses, mainly Braun Excavating and Miraun Construction in Abbotsford. Later in life, he moved to Parksville, where he started Parksville Excavating. He retired back to Abbotsford in 2000.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford.
