Ulrich Tabert passed away into the presence of the Lord on October 16, 2012 at 11:30 pm. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ursula, his second wife, Hermine, and a grandson, Nathan; his brothers, Joachim, Bernhardt and Wilfried. He is survived by his siblings, Friedegard (Egon) Maschke, Wilhelm (Doris) Tabert, and Doerte Chabert; his children, Bernhard, Andrea-Ruth, Joachim (Kathy), Friedeman (Iris), Gottfried, Ursula, Sieglinde (Sean) Robinson, Georg (Marilyn), Matthias (Kristen), Elizabeth and Andreas (Kristen) Tabert; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Timothy, Markus, Christine, Stephen Tabert; Aaron, Amelia, Chelsea, Josh Tabert; Jonathan Tabert; Rebecca, James, Laura, Karl, Michael Tabert; Jennifer, Monika, David, Rosemary, Benjamin, Christopher Robinson; Paul, Calvin, Matilda Tabert; Sebastian, Oliver Tabert, Fabian, Gislain Tabert; Hannah, Nathaniel, Melissa Tabert; and numerous great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 27 followed by interment at Hazelwood Cemetery.
