It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Travis Redekopp, he was only 49 years young. Travis leaves behind his wife, Angie and their two children, Makenna and Austin, as well as his parents, and his extended family. Travis considered a lot of people in his life family as he believed that family is grown in the heart and not always through blood and he cared for so many people. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His love for his children was known by every person who met him, because he spoke of them often. Travis was a bright light that gave so much to so many people. He was always encouraging people or there to help in any way possible, whether it was at work, at the gym or in the cheer gym. He had a passion for the outdoors and loved camping and mountain biking with his best buddy, Austin. He was Makenna's biggest cheerleader in life, on the mat or off. He was passionate about cheerleading as he earned the name Travis Cheer Dad as he was a big supporter to many athletes. Travis and Angie and their kids loved family vacations together as they would spend most of their summers travelling around in their 5th wheel exploring as much as they could. Summers in California were his favorite and a summer wasn't complete without a trip to Disneyland. Travis had a passion for life like no other, he was such a people person and always took the time to talk to anyone, and he always made everyone feel important. Travis, you were taken from us far too young. Rest in Peace, you may be gone but you will never be forgotten.
