SMITH, Thomas. Passed away peacefully in Mission, BC on September 28, 2013. He was born at home on September 5, 1931 in Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Mary J. Smith and brother Edward. Survived by his loving sisters Margaret (Peggy), Cecilia (Donny), and one brother Charles, 2 nephews, 3 nieces, and his close friends Christine, Dell, Joe & Drake Cook, Deanie Patten. And numerous friends and neighbours. Also his cat Snowball. Tom loved animals and loved the outdoors life. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers please make a donation to the S.P.C.A. or any animal rescue groups. A special Thanks goes out to the staff at Mission Memorial Hospital. Tom was a good and caring man, he understood life, and a helping hand.
He lived a life of simple means. If you knew him, you would agree. As one day Tom, I have been told by a greater power in our souls. That we will meet once again, Until that time we will miss you my friend. Always know you will never be forgotten, embedded in our hearts a Love has been forever Bonded.
