Thomas John Jones passed away at Bevan Lodge, Abbotsford, BC on January 11, 2004. He is survived by his wife Agatha, Abbotsford; children Margaret Sarah (David) Taylor, Sardis, Bryan (Dianna) Jones, Chilliwack, and Carol (Jim) Oram, England; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 4 step-great grandchildren; 1 sister Shirley (Roy) Krentz, St. Andrews, Manitoba; also 4 step children, Melita (Bob) Wathan, Florida, Irma (David) Oliver, Abbotsford, Edwin Thiessen, Abbotsford, and Ronald Thiessen, Abbotsford, 7 step grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren.
Thomas is predeceased by his first wife Agnes Helen, 1968, son Robert 1997; brothers James, 1988, Walter 1988, William, 2000; sisters Violet Louise Goselin, 1988 and Winnifred Bonwick, 1997.
Private Cremation, Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack. Interment of cremated remains in the Royal Canadian Legion Cemetery.
Should family and friends so desire, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of choice or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon.
