Hart, Thomas passed away June 11, 2004 at the age of 77 years. Thomas is survived by his son Robert (Marilyn), sister Mildred, brother Mike, family and dear friends.
Service of remembrance will be held Wednesday, June 16 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel at Menno Hospital, 32945 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
