Tom was born in 1924 in Skaro, Alberta to Waro and Rosalia Bruchal. He was the second youngest and was predeceased by Peter, John, Philip, Victoria, Paul, Marie, Frania and Agnes and recently passed Frances. He is survived by his loving wife Mollie, and children Theresa, Myles (Stephani), and Lionel (Sandra) and grandchildren Jason, Steven, Clarissa, Justin (Kumiko), Brandon, Tyler (Catherine) and Chloe (Brenden) and great grandchildren Isaiah, Titus and Eli. Tom moved his family to Abbotsford from Mission in 1963 where they spent 35 years playing an active role in the community before moving to Penticton to be closer to their children. Tom will be remembered for his gracious smile and being quick with a laugh, a dedicated Veteran, involvement in the Lions and the many projects he undertook either as hobbies or careers. Tom's internment was at the Lakeview Cemetery in Penticton after a celebration held at Parkview Chapel in Penticton, BC on January 20, 2015.
