Theodore Lance Gong (Ted), born February 5, 1952, passed away Monday, May 19, 2003 at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops at the age of 51.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Renee Gong. Ted is survived by his loving son Devin, sisters; Judy Green, Linda Hemeon (George), Susan Pearson (Randy Brown), Helena Ross (Gary), brothers; John Miranda (Debi), Gordon Gong (Carol), Peter Gong (Darlo), many nieces,nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. Ted resided in Ruskin/Mission and worked at several local mills. He'll be deeply missed by all.
A speical thank you from the family to the staff and patients at the Westsyde Home in Kamloops.
Celebration gathering to be held June 14 at 2:00 p.m. at the Everglades Hall, 8400 Shook Road, in Hatzic.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be in his name to the B.C. Brain Injury Association.
