Thelma Florence, of Mission, B.C.
Born August 3rd, 1919 to James and Mary Ann Warner in Wilkie, Saskatchewan passed aon December 14, 2003 in Abbotsford, B.C. at age 84.
Married Carl Henry Holm, December 28, 1942 in Calgary, AB who predeceased her on August 9, 1984 at Reno, Nevada.
Survived by daughter Ann and Allen Powers, grandson Dean and Linda Powers all of Calgary, AB, son Carl and Gay, granddaughter Jennifer and grandson Tim Holm of Mission, B.C. and son Jim and Val Holm of Nanaimo, B.C. Also survived by sister Evelyn Dell of Calgary.
Thelma loved to laugh, travel, play games with the grandkids through all of their various ages, enjoyed friends and family and life itself.
At Thelma's request, no memorial service will be held. Interment will be in Hatzic Cemetery, Mission, B.C. If so desired, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A special thanks to Menno and Mission Hospital staff and especially Dr. Andrew Johnson for their care.
