THOMAS; Sylvia. Our cherished friend Sylvia Thomas passed away February 9, 2014 in the Hospice at Mission Hospital. She was born in Toronto April 3, 1957, and has called Mission, BC home, for the past eleven years. Sylvia has touched many lives because of her dedicated advocacy for the welfare of dogs that were abused, unwanted or alone, her passion for art and most of all her unlimited generosity to her friends and community. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Sylvia's friends would like to meet with you all to celebrate her life and share stories and memories, 2:00 pm Sunday March 9, 2014 at the Mission Public Library. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission.
