Susie Dyck born in the Ukraine on October 1st, 1916, to Abram and Katherine Wall, in the village of Wolodjewka (Trubitskoi). She was the 7th in the family. She came to Canada in April, 1926, when she was 9 years old. She married the love of her life, Henry Dyck, on August 2nd, 1936, on the Burns Ranch in Didsbury, Alberta. Susie passed into the presence of The Lord, with family by her side, on January 20th, at Sherwood Crescent Manor in Abbotsford. She was predeceased by her husband Henry on May 17th, 2001, and her eldest son Bill, on March 16th, 2006. She is survived by her children, Ann Dyck, Fred and Gill Dyck, Sue and Bob Woelk, Rita Vail, Ernie and Christine Dyck, Pat and Ben Falk, Bob and Dorothy Dyck and Debbie and Bruce Eros, as well as 27 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren & 7 great great grandchildren. The Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 25th, at 11:00 am at the Clearbrook Mennonite Church on Peardonville Road in Abbotsford.
