YASSINSKY, Stanley, passed away peacefully at the Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack, BC on Monday, Oct. 29th 2012, with his family at his side. Stan was the last surviving member of a family of 5 children born to Peter and Katharine Yassinsky. He is survived by Charlotte, his loving wife of 48 years; his children, David and Fiona (Jon). He leaves, also, his five grandchildren, his extended family and dear friends. Visitation for family and friends, at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 8, in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 27555 - 31 Ave., in Aldergrove. A Graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Mt. Lehman Cemetery. Rev. Darren Derhousoff will officiate.
