Passed away peacefully at the Cottage Extended Care Home in Abbotsford on Saturday, March 8, 2003. Stanley Worden of Abbotsford, formerly of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in his 86th year was the beloved husband of Rita, (nee Berthold).
Father of Valerie Morran and her husband Monty of Abbotsford, Gayle Dickie and her husband Rick of Port Hardy.
Loving Grandfather of Adrienne Coutts, Genevieve Grimson, Tyler Morran, Lexa Bergen, Beth Morran, Darren Dickie, Nicky Silter and Krista Dickie.
Great-Grandfather of Tony, Mitchelle, Makayla and Ryan.
Brother of Beatrice Brown and Wilma Summach.
Predeceased by brothers Orville and Clifford and sister Marian Todd.
Prayer Service will be Wednesday, March 12, at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Saint Ann's Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Ave. in Abbotsford on Thursday, March 13th at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Church Hall. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
