Sharon Lynn Komm (Unger)

May 27, 1955 – June 3, 2020
Sharon passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2020, she had just celebrated her birthday turning 65 on May 27th.
Sharon was predeceased by her parents Henry (Hank) (1967) and Cynthia Unger (1984). She is survived and missed dearly by her loving children: Christopher (Jennifer) New Westminster; Angela (Eric) Vancouver; and Michelle (James) Lethbridge, Alberta. Sharon also leaves her five grandchildren, Alyssa, Julia, Conner, Logan and Ava whom were the highlight of her life and loved very much, sharing wonderful memorable times with them over the years in Lethbridge, Alberta.
She is survived by her three older sisters Pamela, Joyce and Louise, along with a large extended family throughout the Province and other areas.
Sharon enjoyed long walks and gardening, and her beloved cats she had over the years. She cherished the many trips to Harrison Hot Springs with family and just herself, a place that soothed her soul and lifted her spirits up.
Her favourite flower was the carnation, as was her mother’s.
Sharon was born and raised in Maple Ridge (Haney) with her sisters, a large extended family and friends whom she made over the years, finally settling in Abbotsford with her children.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date to carry out Sharon’s wishes. Donations in Sharon’s name may be made at any SPCA which will be greatly appreciated due to her great love of animals.
Rest in Peace dear Sharon
