CUVELIER, Ruth Esther
(August 2, 1921 – December 7, 2010)
Our dear mom passed away peacefully in Comox, BC on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the age of 89. She had resided in Oceanview Extended Care since September 2006. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Joe in 1999, two brothers and two sisters. She will be sadly missed by her family: sons Don (Audi), Gary (Cheryl), Dave (Melinda) and daughter Joy (Stu); 13 grandchildren, as well as six great-grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Ruth was a very devoted wife and mom who loved oil painting, music, sewing and volunteering her time in helping others. She was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.

The family will have a private ceremony to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospital in her memory.
