BLINCH RUSSELL JOHN. April 15, 1949 - April 06, 2012. Passed away peacefully at the Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack with his friends at his side. He is survived by his four children and many friends. He was born in Abbotsford and grew up in the Ridgedale, Matsqui area. He continued to enjoy long walks along the Matsqui dyke when he wasn’t working running heavy equipment. A heart felt thank you to the volunteers, nurses and Dr. Bull from the Cascade Hospice for the excellent care of our friend.
A short memorial will be held at one of his favourite resting spots along the Matsqui trail at Page Rd. Park, Matsqui, BC, April 21, 2012 1:00 PM.
