Derksen, Rosa Mae
Rosa Mae Derksen (nee Goertz) passed away at Menno Hospital on Thursday, July 29 at the age of 87. She is predeceased by her husband, Edwin, on April 6, 1990, her son, Rodney, in October, 2009 and siblings, Isaac Goertz, Otto Goertz, Herb Goertz, Jake Goertz, Mary Boychuk, Miriam Sulz, Joe Goertz, and Martha Douglas. She is survived by sons, Richard (Frances), Royal (Susan), Randy (Lorraine), Robyn (Brenda Giesbrecht); grandchildren, Kenneth, Kimber, Lorraine, Gregory, Julie-Anne, Amy-Lee, Tyler, Matthew, Brandon, Emily, Janelle, Vanessa and Allison, great grandchildren, Siomara, Antonio, Tristen, Tyson, Kaylee, Taylor-Anne, Katelyn-Anne, Victoria, Danica & Ezra and siblings, Sam Goertz, Hulda Koop, Ed Goertz, Annie Goertz and Tillie Crapo as well as extended family.
A Memorial Service will be held August 16th at 1 PM, at Sevenoaks Alliance Church, 2575 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford.
