Ronald Chevers Williams
Ron, of Abbotsford, was called home to the Lord on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at the age of 70. He was born in a Homeopathic Hospital in Montreal on August 27, 1935.
He will be fondly remembered by his loving wife, Marion; sons Commander Alan Williams RAN of Canberra, Australia, wife Trudi and their two sons Jonathan and David; Timothy Williams of Surrey, wife Karen and their two sons Jason and Thomas; Wesley Williams of Abbotsford, wife Donna and their children Cherri-Anne, Jesse and Brett; also, great grandson Joshua. He will also be missed by his sister Penny of Toronto; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Ron lived in Montreal until his teenage years when his parents moved to Toronto for business reasons. His father was head of Dominion Engineering. Ron was married to Marion Brokenshire in 1957 and three boys were born to this union. From Toronto a business opportunity sent him to Winnipeg where he spent four years, then on to Richmond, BC. In 1981 Ron started a church in Nanamio, BC and after six years went to the Mission Field where he preached and taught in 15 different countries. Ron is sadly missed and will be remembered with much love always.
