It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Obermeyer after a brave battle with brain cancer. He will be dearly missed by his wife and best friend of 40 years, Joanne, his 3 children Jared, Jocelyn, James, son-in-law Tyson, and by his 2 granddaughters Kiera and Kiley and brand new grandson Robert, who were the lights of his life. Bob was an avid fisherman, woodworker, '62 Nova restorer and pretty much a jack of all trades. Anything you needed done, all you had to do was ''CALL BOB!'' But above all that, he was an amazing husband, dad, and papa, who would do anything and everything for his family. No one could ever doubt the love he had for his family. He will be remembered for his wit, charm, sense of humor and often inappropriate comments! In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to BC Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
