Robert Brian, born April 23, 1949 in Berwyn, Alberta, passed away quietly in Abbotsford, BC on January 12, 2005.
Survived by his loving family: wife Lorna Seifried (Pahl); sons Paul and Pierce; extended family Marisa, Leslie and Travis Pahl; mother Winifred; father Douglas; brothers David and Kenneth and sister Barbara Johnson; grandchildren Shae, Jacob, Lucy, Keinen and Zoe.
Brian left us on this day with both sad and happy tidings. As Brian has taken leave of this life he has left a score of family and friends that will forever miss and remember him. We who knew Brian have been privileged in having had an individual with his warmth and kindness touch our lives. Brian can truly be said to be someone who cared for the health and safety of those around him and made that his life’s work over these past many years. In life we all struggle from time to time, Brian being no exception, but with the final tally, Brian has surely excelled in his contributions to those who have been blessed with knowing him. It truly cannot be said that Brian has left anyone behind, as he will always be with us in both spirit and in our hearts.
His family invites his many friends and loved ones to attend a memorial service, which will be held at the Crowchild Inn, Calgary, Alberta, February 11, 2005 at 2:00 pm.
Brian’s family request that any remembrance of him be made in the way of a donation to the Salvation Army (Agape Hospice).
