Bloom, Robert Allen (Al), of Abbotsford, B.C. passed away quietly, surrounded by his family at MSA Hospital on July 1, 2004, aged 80 years. He was recently (June 9, 2004) predeceased by his wife Joy, (nee Legge). He will be sadly missed by his son Les Bloom, (Christine); granddaughters Stephanie and Andrea; step children Wayne Amiel (Collette), Coleen Willsher (Gordon), Darlene Firling (Brad MacKenzie); grandchildren Natanya, Chad, Paul, Tricia, Joanne (Graeme); great grandchild Kaley; remaining brother Andrew Bloom, (Sarah); many nieces, nephews and friends.
A service and celebration of life will be held July 31, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 2597 E Bourquin Crescent in Abbotsford, B.C. Rev. Guy Sinclair will officiate. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting www.aldergrovechapel.com.
