ROBERT ALAN (AL) DUFAULT

Robert Alan Dufault. Born September 12th, 1928 in Banff, Alberta, passed away June 25th, 2003.


Survived by beloved wife and best friend Irene and their five loving children. Shirley (Jan) Koza of Kitimat, B.C., Connie (Harry) Hillmann of Burnaby, B.C., Debbie (Alan) Bartch of Edgewater, B.C., Douglas (Nancie) Dufault of Coquitlam, B.C., David (Sandra) Dufault of Abbotsford, B.C.

Leaves to mourn twelve grandchildren, three great-granddaughters and one great-grandson. Cheeren Koza, Michal (Alex) Koza and their son Davyn, Kristie Koza, Tammy (Joe) Ryback and their daughters, Amy and Emily, Richard (Sarah Weatherby) Hillman, Nathan (Heather Oglestone) Bartch and their daughter Caitlin, Jessie Bartch, Lori Dufault, Robby Dufault, Philip Dufault, Derek Dufault and Thomas Dufault. Also leaves to mourn two sisters-in-law, Darlene Daugherty and Bev Gallant and many nieces and nephews.


Many thanks to Robin Kitagawa, Dr. Kobierski and the rest of the Palliative Care Team and also to Dr. Jurgens and Vi for the wonderful care and support they gave Alan and his family.


Memorial Service will be held at Good Shepard Lutheran, 1504 Sprice Avenue, Coquitlam, B.C. June 28th, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Rode officiating. There will be a reception to honour Al's life. Please join the family in celebrating Al's life in the Fellowship Wing following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly apreciated.
