Robert Adam passed away peacefully on Father's Day, 2018 at the ripe old age of 102.
He lived a healthy and active life until old age finally caught up with him. He is survived by his son Eckart (Gloria), daughter Cordelia (John), grandchildren Derek (Jenn), Greg (Katie), Kevin (Shelley), John (Jessica), Hudson, and 4 great-grandchildren: Nolan, Finley, Dominic, and Roland. He will be greatly missed by his loving nieces Linda Liedtke and Lili Wittman (Viktor).
Many thanks to all the staff at Menno Home for their love and support and to Dr. Egolf for his care over the past 4 years. By his request, a private celebration of life with close family and friends will take place at his favourite weekend hangout, the Deutsches Haus (Vancouver Alpen Club) at a future date.
