RUDE; Richard Lee
Rick passed into Glory and Home on February 6, 2015 following a tragic accident on January 24th. He was raised in Duluth, MN and was the only child of Floyd and Audrey Rude. Rick came to BC in 1967 to attend Vancouver Bible Institute and graduated in 1971. He married his wife Grace in 1968, their two sons Nathaniel and David were born while he was attending Western Seminary in Portland, OR. Rick pastored three churches in Canada and the US and will also be remembered for many other careers and passions. Rick loved studying, learning, people and music. Rick will be sadly missed by his family; Grace, Nathaniel, David and granddaughter Hannah. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Ross Road Church, 3160 Ross Rd., Abbotsford on Saturday, March 28th at 1:00 pm.
