Richard passed away peacefully on October 13th, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, and moved to B.C. after marrying Ruth, the love of his life. He was an exceptional dentist and endodontist in Vancouver. Richard died at the age of 88 after living courageously with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth, 4 children, Carol Willie (David), Patricia Beaton, Richard Welsh (Louise), and Jenny Williams (Tim), 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. We are grateful for your example of unconditional love, open acceptance, powerful support, and big-hearted generosity. You have enriched the lives of so many leaving a lasting legacy of a life well lived. We love you, Richard, you will be greatly missed, and we look forward to our reunion with you in heaven.
