The Rev. James (Jim) Ford passed away at the Menno Home on Sept 21. Jim would have been 90 years old on Sunday, Sept. 26.
Jim is lovingly remembered by his son Lincoln (Leslie) and daughter Christine Lamb (David), granddaughters Sarah and Naomi, extended family in the United Kingdom, and many friends and former parishioners. Jim was predeceased by Essie, his wife of over 60 years.
Jim ministered to the United Church of Canada congregations in Vernon, Foremost, Campbell River, Aldergrove and Mt. Lehman.
A memorial service will be held Monday, Sept. 27 at 2pm, in the Menno Home Chapel, with reception to follow.
