POLACHUK, Peter 1939 ~ 2009
Peter Polachuk passed away at home on Dec. 30, 2009. He is survived by his brothers John and James and sisters Jeanne, Rose, Ollie, Lydia and Helen. He is also survived by a daughter Roseanne Smith. There will be a memorial service on Friday, Jan. 8, 2010. At 1:00 p.m. at Personal Alterntives, 3070 275 A St., Aldergrove. He will be missed by his family and friends.
