On May 28, 2003, Peter Friesen passed away after a brief illness. He was predeceased first by his baby daughter Hildegarde, and then by his son, Werner.
Peter will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He leaves behind him his wife Elsa, son Helmut, daughters-in-law Mary and Colette, grandchildren Christine (Larry), Joanne (Don), Kendra, and Karl, and five great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss their Opa dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held in Peter's honour at 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2003 at Menno Home Chapel, 32910 Brundige Avenue in Abbotsford. Refreshments will follow the service. Please join us.
