Paul David "Dave" Jeffery passed away peacefully at Abbotsford Regional Hospital on March 26, 2021 in his 64th year.
He is survived by his wife, Susan (nee Markell), his son Robert (Elizabeth) and his daughter Leanne VanderMeer (Jonathan). He was predeceased by his father, Paul Bernard and his mother, Merle (nee Taylor).
He is also survived by his brother Ron (Colleen) and Anna, Lukas, Dana and Alec, his sister Kim (Phil), as well as dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
Dave and his wife served with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Asia for 19 years before taking up another Wycliffe assignment in 2006 at the Canada Institute of Linguistics in Langley, BC.
Dave developed a gift for teaching and administration over his many years of ministry. He was also an avid cyclist and a devoted husband and father. When he had to retire due to ill health, he authored and self-published four books. He is remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
