COURNOYER; Patti (Hildebrandt)
November 3, 1965 - June 1, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Patti. Remaining to forever remember Patti's blessings are her loving and devoted husband Ed, of 23 years, their families and many friends. Pre-deceased by her father Peter, 2007, survived by mother Helen and siblings, Perry (Yvonne), Bonnie, Lana (Fred), Shelley, Rodger (Marsha) and numerous nieces and nephews. Patti was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan and moved to Abbotsford, BC in 1967, where she was raised. In her early 20's, Patti settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she met the love of her life, best friend, and care giver... husband Eddie. Patti viewed life as a gift, inspiring others instead of complaining. She persevered through adversity and was a determined young woman who accomplished a lot, regardless of the circumstances. Patti lived life with courage and compassion, but with wit and a sense of humour. The family would like to thank all of her medical professionals and caregivers who were such a great help. A Memorial Service will be held in Abbotsford, BC on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 1:30 pm at SevenOaks Alliance Church and a Celebration of Life in Winnipeg at a later date.
