Pat passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved with her family several times as a child to various cities as a CPR "brat".
She married her husband Glenn in Mission City in 1953 and they had three children. She is predeceased by her sons Ron and Doug.
She is survived by her husband Glenn and her daughter Carol and her husband.
Pat taught elementary school in Mission and later substituted in various schools in Kamloops when they moved there in 1964. Pat volunteered for many tasks in Kamloops, and curled, and was active in minor baseball.
Pat never met a person she didn't like and that feeling was reciprocated by others.
There will be no formal service. A gathering of friends for remembrance will be organized by Carol sometime in the future.
