LOVEGROVE. Patricia "Pat". Feb. 24, 1936 ~ May 11, 2011. With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia Joan Lovegrove on May 11, 2011 in the loving care of her daughter, Laurie. Pat was predeceased by her loving husband Ray and daughter Kimberley, with whom she is now reunited in Heaven.
Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Genevieve (Bob), Laurie, Jacki (Don), Vicki (Doug), Neva, David (Bonnie) and Dave (Courtney) Wilder, son-in-law Jess Bennie, 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grand children, her sister-in-law Marilyn Murphy and loved nieces, nephews and many friends. Pat was retired and spent her last years in Taylor, BC. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a long time monthly Variety Club contributor and a Christian Children's Fund sponsor. Pat (Mom) lived life to its fullest and lived for her family and friends. She taught us to love unconditionally and always think of others before ourselves. Pat (Mom) had the wonderful gift of gab and will be thought of always by her family, friends and all whom had the privilege of knowing our "Lucky Pot of Gold". A remembrance celebration will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 from 1-4 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Abbotsford, 33868 Essendene Ave. In lieu of flowers, Variety Club donations would be appreciated.
