Patricia Ann
Born on August 4, 1942 in Ontario, Patricia passed away on Wednesday February 9, 2005 at Chilliwack Hospital at age 62 years. Pat is survived by her loving husband Dennis; son Randy; daughters, Christine (Mike); Kim (Jeff); sister, Linda (Frank); sister-in-law Linda; 11 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Eileen and daughter Teresa.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life at Hazelmere R.V. Park, 18843 - 8th Ave, Surrey BC. Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 1:00 pm. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to BC Cancer Foundation in Pat's name.
