Oliver Szerze passed away on May 3, 2006 at Langley Memorial Hospital at the age of 85 years. Born in Hungary in 1920, he immigrated to Mission, BC in January of 1957. Oliver enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a precision machinist in his youth and a computer whiz in his golden years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Julianna; sons Oliver and Edward; daughter Judie; their spouses; and five grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St., Mission, BC with Reverend Miklos Szigeti officiating. Interment will follow at Hatzic Cemetery, Mission, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Oliver’s memory would be appreciated.
