Olive Loeppky peacefully passed into the presence of her Lord on January 12, 2004 with her family at her side at Menno Home, Abbotsford, BC. She was born on March 21, 1921 in Rama, Saskatchewan.
She is lovingly remembered by her family, husband Dave, daughter Maxine Wenger, son Dennis (Valerie), 6 grandchildren - Garth (Vicki), Eric (Carla), Craig (Lori), Joy (Tony), Maria and Angela, and 8 great-grandchildren Kristi-Ann, Bo, Nikki, Ben, Mathew, Ryan, Casey and Darcy. She will also be dearly missed by 5 sisters - Anne Sopkow, Carrie Bishop, Sophie Kuss, Helen (Albert) Bollenbach, Theo Riddel and 2 brothers Walter (Jolly) Serron, and Michael (Wendy) Serron and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was predeceased by her brother Dan Serron.
Prayers will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 7:00 pm at St. Ann's Parish, 33333 Mayfair Avenue with the Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 19, 2004 at 10:00 am at St. Ann's Parish. Interment will be at Musselwhite Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of Olive.
