FORTH, Olga Helen (nee Schulz)
Passed away after a brave battle with cancer at Toronto Western Hospital Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 79 years of age. Born near Herbert, Saskatchewan, enjoyed life in Calgary, Vancouver, London, Abbotsford and finally, Georgetown, ON. Loving wife to the late John Forth. Devoted mother to Steven Forth (Martha), Michael Forth (Linda) and Renee Fukumoto (nee Forth) (Barry). Beloved grandmother to Sarah, Zachary, Emily, Amanda, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Rebekkah, Jared, Adam and James. Survived by her brothers Irwin Schulz (Margaret), Doug Schulz (Annie), and her sisters Lillian Jost (nee Schulz), Dorothy Panchuk (nee Schulz) (Metro) and Mikki Engleman (nee Schulz) (Paul). Predeceased by brother Edwin Schulz and sister Esther Ewert (nee Schulz) (Milton). Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.
