DREGER, Norman William
On Saturday, November 14, 2009, Norman William Dreger passed away peacefully into the presence of his Saviour and Lord at the age of 84 after suffering a massive stroke. Norman will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife of 22 years, Mildred; his children, Sheryl (Dale) Neuman; Dale (Judy) and children, Tim (Courtney) and great grandson, Talan; Terri; and Trevor (Candace); Dean (Lois) and sons, Steven, Kevin, and Mark; Dwight; Denise and children, Quinten and Cindy. He will also be missed by his step children, Gloria (Richie) Fons; Gail (Harvey) Albrecht; Con (Kathi) Neuman; Tim (Carla) Neuman; Sheldon (Maureen) Neuman; and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Added to this number are nieces and nephews, many other relatives and a host of friends. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Grace; brother, Clement; and sisters, Margaret (Cyril) Lentz; and Bernice (Ralph) Jespersen. He was predeceased by his wife, Verna; parents, Rudolph and Emma (Riske) Dreger; brother, Allan; and sister-in-law, Maddie. A celebration of Norman’s life will be held at Trinity Baptist Church, 1905 Springfield Road, Kelowna, at 1:00 on Friday, November 20.
