Nancy Hatsue Sasaki of Abbotsford passed away peacefully on January 30, 2004 in her residence at Sherwood Manor. She was born in Vancouver, B.C., February 2, 1918. Nancy was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Maseo Sasaki.
Nancy is survived by her son David (Susan) Sasaki, daughter Alice (Albert) Carlisle, and grandchildren Kaela (Kevin), Kris, Kamela, Ian and Mariko. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff and friends of Sherwood Manor. Nancy will be sadly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.
Interment will be at Musselwhite Cemetery, Saturday, February 7th at 12:00 p.m. with memorial service and tea to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson's Funeral HOme, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Foundation.
