Born March 6, 1923, passed away January 25, 2020. He is survived by his two much loved daughters, Judith (Frank) and Jeanette; two granddaughters; Jessica and Karyn (Moleek) and two great grandchildren; Joshua and Jasmine. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Adeline and all of his seven siblings.
Menno was a renaissance man. After his service in the RCAF during WWII he returned to Canada and had varying occupations from lumberjack to farmer to auto mechanic. He loved fishing, golf, photography and fixing things; and was an advocate for lifelong learning which was his legacy. After retirement Menno and his wife Adeline enjoyed travelling throughout Canada and the US and spending time with family.
The family would like to thank the medical staff on Baker 2 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for their care and compassion in Menno's last days. Private arrangements have been made.
