Matilda Unger was born Sept 29, 1941 in Steinbach, Manitoba and passed away peacefully at Abbotsford Hospital December 18, 2021 at the age of 80.
She was predeceased by her mother Matilda Sr. in 1941, and her husband Ernie in 2003, and son Daryl in 2016.
Matilda is survived by her children Debbie (Rick) Unraw and Teresa (Kelly) Boonstra, 7 grandchildren Bryce, Sheri, Justin, Kieran, Anthony, Tyler and Meagan and also 9 great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
She loved to bowl every week until she was 75 years old and enjoyed her flower gardens.
A private family service will be held January 10, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home followed by a graveside burial at Hazelwood Cemetery.
