On December 20, 2011, at the age of 104 years, your work on the earth was done, Baba. Now you are at rest, in the presence of your Lord and Saviour.
Lovingly remembered by 1 son, Albert (Lillian); 10 Grandchildren: Douglas, Grant, Shannon, Janet, Sharmon, Pamela, Timothy, Marilyn, Patricia, & Daniel, the first generation of blueberry pyrogy-eaters; and 'SuperGrandma' to 16 great-grandchildren.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, Peter in 1984, daughters Zella and Leona, and infant sons, Paul and Edward. As a child, Mary could not continue in school because she had no shoes, nonetheless, was always creating with her hands and never missed an opportunity to study and learn - all lifelong, staying connected with current affairs, & even voting in the last election. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00 am at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. Followed by interment at Hazelwood Cemetery. Mary had particular concern for the welfare of orphans, thus Memorial donations in Mary's Memory, may be made to an orphanage of your choice.
