It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Mary Roxena Myers at the age of 81 years after a hard fought battle with cancer. Her beautiful spirit will be missed by all. Mary is survived by her loving husband Al of over 54 years; daughters Deborah (deceased Joe) Kelly and Tracey Langley; son Allan Lovelace; and son-in-law Greg Langley; grandchildren Amber, Logan and Michael; sisters Ollie (Don) Banfield and Shirley (deceased Eric) Earle; brothers Freeman (Shirley) and Derek (Nancy) as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother and father, Martha and Alfred Pafford; sisters Eileen O’Quinn, Margaret Pafford, Lydia Vincent and Evelyn Dingwell; brothers Gordon, Reginald and Norman. Our family is so very grateful to the health care providers and staff at Abbotsford Hospital’s Cancer & Tertiary Units along with Mission’s Christine Morrison Hospice. A special thanks to Dr. Theron, Dr. Kahlon, Dr. Mitchinson, Dr. Shuel and Dr. Quan, Donna-Lee, Blanche, Michelle, Karen and Laurel. You are truly wonderful people and your dedication will always be remembered. Graveside farewell to be held on Friday July 15, 2016, 1:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14644 - 72nd Avenue, Surrey. As an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Christine Morrison Hospice would be appreciated.
